Weekday Guided Meditations
The weekday guided sits from Joost have created a library of imaginal, heartful, embodied practices that will open doors to new aspects of experience and take you on a powerful tour through the depths of your being.
They cover a vast complexity of concepts and paradoxes in a digestible and comprehensible way, without losing touch with the simplicity and embodied aspects of being present in this moment.
Delivered with Joost’s signature warmth, humour and smooth Dharma voice. Enjoy exploring!
“Just creating space for the natural wisdom of this miracle part of the Universe that you are, the depths of your being that are much deeper than you may sometimes be aware of, to simply breath. Stretch its legs, you know, do a few cartwheels and just have space”
Three-Part Koan Course
Inspired by his background in Rinzai Zen, Joost guided a three-part series on his own take of working with koans.
This creates a very nice short introductory course for anyone who would like to work with koans in their practice.
It includes dropping a koan into the depths of your being until you become it, the metaphorical nature of the Cosmos and surrendering to the tragedy and mystery of life.
Rosa’s Non-Dual Series
Rosa guided a series of short talks and guided meditations on non-duality, related to the different aspects of our being.
Non-duality works differently in each aspect of your being – the body, the heart, the mind and the soul – and this series takes you through each of them, giving instructions and guidance to help you understand and feel into each experience.
Rosa’s Guides to Imaginal Practice
A lot of the practice at Dharmagarage is based in the imaginal.
If you would like to have more of a grounding in the underlying workings of imaginal practice, Rosa has recorded some talks about this.
