Becoming an Imaginal Practitioner Retreat
April 2021
About This Retreat
Incorporating pioneering modalities and ways of relating to experience, this retreat was designed to give people all the skills, knowledge and experience they need to become imaginal practitioners.
When your body is safe and you feel connected and supported, you are free to explore different parts of yourself; to go on an adventure into your experience and liberate aspects that you normally repress or resist, freeing up the energy and wisdom that is buried in this.
You can use narratives, visuals, energy, archetypes, music, creativity and symbolism within practice to deepen your connection with all of experience, create more freedom of expression and connect with the mystical aspects of life.

It’s worth saying that a lot of the benefit from imaginal practice comes from shared practice – creating a space of allowing and exploring new aspects of experience together.

Winter To Spring Vipassana Retreat
February 2021
About the Retreat
Vipassana is a traditional form of Buddhist mindfulness meditation and was the main practice for the retreat time.
We curated a selection of guidance to facilitate people to dive deeper with their practice in a short span of time, and give them the support and experience they needed to develop and enrich their practice.
