Becoming an Imaginal Practitioner Retreat
April 2021
About This Retreat
When our bodies are safe and we feel connected and supported, we are free to explore different parts of ourselves; to go on an adventure into our experience and liberate aspects that we normally repress or resist, freeing up the energy and wisdom that is buried in this.
We can use narratives, visuals, energy, archetypes, music, creativity and symbolism within practice to deepen our connection with all of experience and create more freedom of expression.
This retreat was designed to give people the all the skills, knowledge and experience they need to become imaginal practitioners. Read more about the retreat here.

It’s worth saying that a lot of the benefit from imaginal practice comes from shared practice – creating a space of allowing and exploring new aspects of experience together.

Winter To Spring Vipassana Retreat
February 2021
About the Retreat
Vipassana is a traditional form of Buddhist mindfulness meditation and was the main practice for the retreat time.
We curated a selection of guidance to facilitate people to dive deeper with their practice in a short span of time, and give them the support and experience they needed to develop and enrich their practice.
